We recently worked with a borrower who wanted to relocate their IT business from Michigan to Texas and purchase an office building in Irving, TX. Like many business owners, they had conversations with multiple lenders but ran into the same challenges — equity requirements, limited flexibility, and difficulty securing additional capital for the transition.
When they came to V3 Lending, we were able to structure a solution that addressed both the real estate and the business needs:
