The borrower sought financing to consolidate multiple existing business debts, including a floating-rate SBA 7(a) loan that had become increasingly burdensome due to rising interest costs and monthly payment obligations. Prior to working with V3 Lending, the borrower faced challenges finding a lender capable of structuring a long-term refinance solution that would meaningfully improve cash flow while simplifying the overall debt structure.
