Client came to V3 Lending when they were looking for the highest loan to value and lowest interest rate in the market to refinance their apartment complex. The client wanted to refinance and cash out up to 80% of the properties value in order to invest in other business ventures.

V3 Lending arranged a $8.8M loan which gave the client $4.4M in cash in order to invest in their business venture. V3 Lending was able to negotiate a 3.25% interest rate fixed for 10 years on a 25 year amortization.
