Client came to V3 Lending looking for a cash out equity in his Holiday Inn hotel in order to acquire additional properties.
V3 Lending was able to structure and fund a $6.2M loan which gave the client over $2.5M in cash to invest in other properties. The Client received a low 4.25% Fixed rate for 10 years on 25 year amortization.
