Client came to V3 Lending when they were looking for the lowest possible downpayment to acquire a Hampton Inn. All other banks were requiring a minimum 25% cash injection.
Within 45 days, V3 Lending was able to structure and fund a loan with only a 15% downpayment. The loan was funded with a 5.25% interest rate on a 25 year amortization.
