With only 30 days to close and 1 year in historical financials on the hotel, V³ Lending was able to originate a conventional loan at 3.20% fixed for 7 years with only a 25% cash injection. By being able to originate a conventional loan in 30 days, V³ Lending saved the client a tremendous amount of time and money than if they went through a bridge lender route.
