Client came to V³ Lending when he wanted to open a new frachise restaurant location but had insufficient cash on hand to complete the purchase and conversion of a new restaurant.
V³ Lending refinanced the client's existing restaurant and used the equity in the existing location in order to purchase and convert the new restaurant for the client. The client only injected a 5% down payment to acquire and convert the new location to a franchise restaurant.
