Client came to V³ Lending when their banking relationships would not offer a non-recourse loan on a full service Hotel.
Most lending institutions are requiring a minimum of 35% down payment on construction with full recourse. V³ Lending was able to structure and fund a $24,850,000 non-recourse interest only loan at 8% for 5 years with only a 25% cash injection. V³ Lending has also secured permenant financing after construction finishes at 5.25% fixed for 5 years with a 25 year amortization.
