Client came to V³ Lending when they wanted to expand their operations and own their own warehouse instead of leasing from a third party.
V³ Lending arranged a loan for $2,400,000 for our client to expand their operations. Client only injected a 10% down payment as part of their equity to fund the acquisition loan.
The loan is structured on 5.5% interest rate with a 25 year amortization.
