V³ Lending arranged a $2,300,000 loan to consolidate all business debts and buyout a 50% partner share in the hotel.
The fixed rate mortgage was on a 5.25% interest rate on a 15 year amortization with a 7 year balloon. The client did not inject any equity in the transaction and the loan was done with 100% financing.
