V3 Lending successfully closed an SBA 7A Loan to purchase a Retail Center located in Plano, TX. The client acquired the retail center to expand his current dry cleaning operation in a portion of the building. V3 Lending was able to execute on the loan with a 10% down payment at prime +1.25% rate.
