Client came to V³ Lending when they wanted to acquire a Dry Clean Super Center Plant in North Richland Hills, Texas.
The property came back contaminated during the EPA process. V³ Lending assisted the clients in clearing up all the contaminations in a timely manner.
V³ Lending arranged a loan for $1,350,000 where the client only injected a 10% down payment. The loan has a 6% interest rate amortized over 25 years.
