Danish Nasib brings over a decade of experience in capital markets, with a background spanning institutional interest rate risk, liquidity risk, credit risk, and portfolio management. He began his career advising financial institutions on balance sheet strategy before joining Hilltop Holdings in Dallas, TX. There, he quickly rose to the role of Vice President, where he led a team responsible for enterprise-wide capital stress testing. This role involved modeling the balance sheets of Hilltop’s subsidiary companies and presenting risk analyses to the Asset/Liability Committee (ALCO) and senior leadership.

Danish’s deep understanding of how banks assess and price risk, particularly across varying economic cycles, has proven invaluable in commercial real estate debt placement. His ability to anticipate lender underwriting standards, navigate credit committee dynamics, and position deals accordingly gives his clients a significant edge in today’s capital markets.

At V3 Lending, Danish focuses on executing transactions efficiently and building long-term relationships with clients. He is currently spearheading V3 Lending’s growth efforts as the firm continues to expand its reach and deliver high-value solutions to real estate investors and business owners. Danish holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin and is originally from the Dallas area. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Hannah, staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends, while keeping a close pulse on the ever-changing capital markets landscape.
