Sami Habash has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate debt placement and business acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has structured financing across a wide range of transactions, from large syndicated development projects to NNN acquisitions. His experience spans nearly every asset class, including hospitality, industrial, multifamily, retail, and operating businesses.

Sami has built deep relationships with lenders through decades of consistent execution. He maintains a trusted network of capital sources that includes regional and national banks, credit unions, private debt funds, CMBS originators, and other institutional lenders. These relationships are long-standing and built on credibility, performance, and mutual trust.

V3 Lending has grown significantly as a result of Sami’s disciplined approach, proven strategies, and consistency through market cycles. His ability to structure deals, navigate credit and underwriting dynamics, and deliver results has helped position the firm as a trusted partner in the CRE finance space.

In addition to advising clients, Sami is an active commercial real estate investor, using his market knowledge and experience to build a personal portfolio. He is known for his practical approach, sharp deal instincts, and ability to close.

Outside of work, Sami enjoys spending time with his wife, Christine, their daughter, Gigi, and their dog, Kibi. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and staying connected with family.
