Client came to V3 Lending when they had the opportunity to acquire a Retail Center, renovate it, and build the leases to stabilization. Client retained V3 Lending for the debt and the equity on the transaction.
V3 Lending was able to arrange an JV participant and 1st lien debt lender in order for the client to acquire the retail center in less than 45 days from engaging V3 Lending.
