Client came to V³ Lending seeking an acquistion loan for a 140 room flagged motel property. The client was on a short time frame to close the loan with only 45 days left.
V³ Lending arranged an SBA loan for $3,800,000 within the 45 day time frame thus saving the client's hard escrow deposit and giving him ownership of the Motel.
