Client came to V³ Lending when their lender backed out of funding a $3,750,000 acquisition of a country inn and suites a week before funding. The client extended the purchase contract with the seller for an additional 45 days which was long enough for V³ Lending to secure and fund an SBA 504 acquisition loan with only a 20% down payment at 5.00% for 25 years.
