PROJECT DETAILS
Client came to V³ when they wanted to finance the construction of 90,000 square feet of retail on 15 acres of land without having the financial strength to get funding through conventional loans.
V³ Lending arranged a $11,000,000 Joint Venture through a private capital firm to assist the client in constructing 90,000 square feet of retail occupied by many credit tenants. Many of the tenants signed letters of interest prior to the beginning of construction.
