V3 Lending successfully closed a $1,700,000 SBA 7A loan for a composites manufacturing facility in Canton, OH to refinance 25 equipment loans and a line of credit into one loan. V3 Lending was able to structure a loan on a 10 year term at a lower interest rate which saved the client over $450,000 a year in interest expenses.
