Client came to V³ Lending when they had 2 high interest loans on their property that they wanted to consolidate into one low interest loan to free up monthly cash flow.
V³ Lending arranged a $1,540,000 loan to consolidate a 7.5% first mortgage and a 10% second mortgage on their property into a 5.5% loan amortized over 25 years.
By consolidating both loans, the client was able to save approximately $50,000 annually in mortgage payments.
