V3 Lending successfully closed an SBA 7A loan to acquire Dry Cleaning plant in Dallas, TX. During the lender's due diligence, the Phase II environmental results showed underground contamination. V3 Lending was able to work with the borrower, Lender, Environmental Engineer, and TCEQ to re mediate the contamination. The loan was funded with a 10% buyer down payment at prime + 1.5% amortized for 25 years.
