Client came to V³ Lending when he was having difficulties paying his high interest rate payments. The majority of Lenders would not refinance the property due to limited cash flow and high loan to value ratios.
V³ Lending was able to work through the limited cash flow and do an appraisal that was based on Real Estate, FF&E, and business value to acquire a client a loan.
The loan was done with 80% loan to value with a 5.25% interest rate for 25 years which reduced the client's annualy mortgage payment by $36,543.
