Client came to V3 Lending to consolidate business debts with a seller carry note from when they purchased the business. V3 Lending was able to structure a loan that consolidated numerous business debts, high interest seller carry back note that was maturing, and rolled in closing costs into one loan. By combining all debts into one loan, V3 Lending was able to save the client more than $42,000 in annual interest expenses.
