Client came to V³ Lending when his existing bank refused to refinance his existing debts due to client's global cash flow restrictions. V³ Lending was able to arrange one fixed rate mortgage for three retail shopping centers through a local bank in the Dallas Metroplelx. 

The three shopping centers were all located in the Dallas Metroplex which totaled 32,797 Square feet.  

The 4.75% fixed rate loan was in the amount of $2,200,000 for a term of 5 years that has a 25 year amortization.
